0. Restore the files under fvwm/modules

1. Change the current directory to FvwmConsole

2. Add lines below in your configure.h file under fvwm directory.

	#define HAVE_READLINE

	#ifdef HAVE_READLINE
	#define READLINE_LIBRARIES -lreadline
	/* #define  READLINE_INCLUDES -I/usr/local/include */
	#endif

   Comment out the first line, '#define HAVE_READLINE', if you are
   not using (GNU) readline library.

3.   And add these lines in your makefile.h under fvwm directory.

	#ifndef READLINE_INCLUDES
	#define READLINE_INCLUDES
	#endif
	#ifndef READLINE_LIBRARIES
	#define READLINE_LIBRARIES
	#endif

4. Run 'xmkmf;make'.

5. Run 'make install'.

6. Invoke FvwmConsole from .fvwm2rc file or a menu
