Simply start up the program by typing:
% qsstv
When you start QSTTV for the first time, QSSTV will create and install a default configfile in the ./qt directory located in your home directory You can edit this file with a standard editor, but I suggest you use the configuration option you'll find under the menu Options in the Receive window.
